The delivery programme of CORRFLEXO covers the following products:
Slotting knives
CORRFLEXO offers upper slotting knives with tip or without, serrated or non-serrated. We have different tooth profiles to meet the different cutting requirements of any customer. In addition to the alloy tool steel and 12% chrome steel used regularly in producing our slotting knives , we supply prime quality Titanium Nitride coated knives for superior hardness
and longer lasting cutting edge.
Bottom knives
Available in different shapes and sizes for unmatched cutting efficiency. The same steel grades and coatings used with the upper slotting knives are also applicable with any bottom knife.
Anvils, creasers, ejectors
All other parts used on any flexo printer slotter like stitch lap knives, spacer rings and anvils are also included in our delivery programme. Furthermore, the ejectors/ fingers can be manufactured from tool steel, brass or bronzeUltra thin razor slitting blades
CORRFLEXO offers three different qualities for the razor slitting blades used on any slitter scorer:
1- High Speed Steel (HSS M2)
2- Super Cobalt High Speed Steel
3- Treated Tungsten Carbide
CBN and diamond grinding wheels
The suitable abrasive CBN for HSS / supper cobalt HSS and diamond grinding wheels for treated tungsten carbide can be easily identified. CORRFLEXO can supply those grinding wheels in different grain size and atttactive colours.
Upper and bottom cross cutting knives
CORRFLEXO's cross cutting knives are produced from prime quality solid and tipped steel to allow maximum blade usage and cleanest cut. The following raw materials can be used in manufacturing and cross cutting knife:
- 12% chrome steel (solid)
- High Speed Steel (solid or inlay)
- Super Cobalt HSS (inlay)
- Powder Metallurgy HSS (inlay)
- Tungsten Carbide (inlay)
Unmatched tooth profiles
Corrflexo's slotting knives can be provided with four different tooth profiles to meet the requirements
of our customers. Those different profiles are:
F-D, F-R, F-V and F-S serration
No crush wheels
CORRFLEXO is a reliable supplier for the highest quality polyurethane no crush wheels and feed rolls.
Our wheels and rolls match precise
OEM tolerances and stay for excellent wear and dimensional stability. Also, they have chemical, impact, temperature and environmental resistance quality (inert in the
presence of ozone and oxygen).
Employing an engineered polyurethane design at lower cost, our high quality parts are used in many international box plants, thanks to a longer service life and quick delivery.
